Building one is completed. Building 2 commenced September 1st of this year.

Building 1 is completed (sold out). Building 2 commenced in September 2021 (sold out).
Building 3 will commence in October 2021. Building 4 and 5 are scheduled for February-March timeframe of 2022.

We expect the CAM to run approximately $2.10 to $2.20 per square foot per year.

The width of driveway will be 65′.

All exterior walls will be made of CMU (Concrete Masonry Units – Concrete block).  Interior walls will be made of steel studs and 5/8″ drywall on each side.  Note:  Interior walls can be removed to join two or more units–one column will remain at the midpoint for support.

No.  The association will have just storage-related activities in this phase.  We want to have like-minded people in the community with like-minded activities.

We will have smaller mini-storage within this phase for mini-storage (small car, boats, etc).  In addition, there is outdoor storage available adjacent to this phase.

Yes. It will be north of Building 3.

Yes.  This units are treated like standard condominium units and can be financed.  We have banks available to assist.
